FINA RULES & REGULATIONS
No matter who you are, be it swimmer, coach or judge, SINCHRO affords you the chance to resolve any questions by accessing and navigating quickly with a single click by using the Official FINA Rules and Regulations.
SINCHRO also adds to the FINA illustrations, by providing access to videos filmed above and below the water, of all Positions and Basic Movements, FINA Figure Group 2013 – 2017 and it also provides "SINCHRO Tips": strokes, propulsion and transitions that are not in the FINA Handbook, but are necessary for any figure, routine or choreography.

IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE
You can use SINCHRO as a new tool in your workouts, whether live or choosing specific times for your exercises. SINCHRO allows you to review and correct them quickly by analyzing angles, distances and heights, through a series of guides that facilitate fast viewing of your small mistakes and errors.
